Essential Info

In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure will be as follows:

A) The Customer is invited to write an email within 14 days of purchase to the email address info@arredoclima.it describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.

B) The Customer can make a return within 14 days of his purchase by sending the package back to the warehouse from which he received it (see Sender address on the Waybill or Shipping previously received with the order placed).

• Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.
• We will only replace or refund items returned as instructed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
• The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the email from our Customer Service with the procedures to follow.
• The return will be processed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with Replacement of the product or Refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made through credit or voucher spendable online, or bank transfer / Paypal.
Shipping costs for returning the product and sending the new one for "goods exchange" are the responsibility of the customer.

For withdrawals it is necessary to fill out this form Form , which must be sent to us by email to: info@arredoclima.it

You will be required to send the items to a post office or courier upon your reservation, bearing the shipping costs at your own expense and taking advantage of return times that are in no way dependent on ArredoClima.

Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags and labels attached, we will only replace or refund New and Unused items, so items never installed if returned within 14 days of receipt.

If the goods check is negative or does not meet our conditions, the package will be sent back to you. If the goods check is positive, we will proceed as follows: we will proceed with the Refund of the item/s in full, excluding Shipping costs and Bank Transaction Fees.
The request will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse.
